From the Chas is to the hood to the seat fabric to the wheels and even the new leather handle bar grips. There are different price points too, including premium fabric with designs. 

Also new improvements on everything. New changeable leather handle bar grips. A bigger and more comfortable seat design. A new large pocket on the back of the seat. Customizable wheels and wheel caps. Improved maneuvering and suspension, making for a better driving experience. Also new labor marks for folding. 

Also new are integrated attachment points for accessories like cup holders, parasols, wheeled boards, etc. making it easier to attach.
