Join MAM and the United Nations Foundation in helping give children a Shot@Life this #GivingTuesday

November 27, 2017

One of our favorite baby companies, MAM, is teaming up with the UN this Giving Tuesday (tomorrow) to help children in need.

The fifth annual #GivingTuesday, November 28, follows Black Friday and Cyber Monday and is a time for families, businesses, and charities to come together to celebrate generosity and to give. This #GivingTuesday, the Shot@Life campaign will be rallying support for UN agencies and partners working to deliver lifesaving vaccinations to children in developing countries; and efforts to advocate, fundraise, and raise awareness on their behalf.

“Despite progress in combating vaccine-preventable disease on a global scale, 1.5 million children still die each year from diseases we know how to fight including polio, measles, pneumonia and diarrhea,” said Martha Rebour, Executive Director, Shot@Life campaign. “With support from MAM, we hope to raise funding and awareness for these lifesaving vaccines.”

2017 marks the fourth year of MAM’s participation in #GivingTuesday. They have pledged to match donations up to $25,000.
